A new arrival for Windows : Windows 6.5
The new operating system Windows 6.5 will be introduced during the Los Angeles Tech ED which lasted from May the 11st to the 15th 2009. The first Windows 6.5 Smartphone handsets will only be available on September.
This system will fit out what is usually nicknamed “Windows Mobile Phone” .
Its main characteristics:
- Entirely hand operated : it manages a simple access and a better readability of information
- A simple hand operated to browse from one midlet to another
- The surf engine is automatically in the application menu
Its main features:
- A brand new user interface
- Window Market place
- Myphone
Unfortunately, with the Smartphone tendency, only the tactile ones would support the Windows 6.5 operating system. Installing this new operating system required a strong electronic power (RAM :128 Mo and 400 MHz for the processor).
In addition to this, a more powerful brand new Windows operating system would be available in 2010 : Windows 7. In this new version, there will be lot of changes such as the displacement of the explorer, a circular design menu and a new browse operator in order to find your contents easily and to effortlessly export on internet.
