PleexKids is Maeglin’s children focused protection service. Designed to be as simple-to-use as possible, this service aims at protecting children and providing parents peace of mind through the kid’s mobile. This is done thanks to a highly accurate geo-location tool, emergency notification, web filtering and call & SMS logs features. Flexible, all settings can be switched on or off depending on the parents and the kid’s age.

With geo-alerting, parents get notified (SMS and/or e-mail) when their kid(s) leave or enter a specific area on given days, within a given time frame at given times. This feature provides increased peace-of-mind to parents.

Paris, July 21, 2011- Maeglin Software recently signed a distribution agreement with Pygma Group, Democratic Republic of Congo, formerly Zaïre.

Pygma Group chose Maeglin Software, represented by the partner Malebo, and its Pleex solutions, to offer a mobile backup solution to its customers. Pygma Group, through its Proxyteam subsidiary, will distribute and promote the PleexBackup service under the Pleex brand to its end customers in the Republic of Congo.

Pygma Group is a pioneer in the field of communication, management consulting, and construction in the Republic of Congo. Pygma represents among others the well-known Ogilvy advertising agency in the Republic of Congo. Pygma Group employs today over 200 employees in the Republic of Congo and South Africa.

Paris, 20 Mai, 2011 - Maeglin Software recently signed an agreement with Maroc Telecom, the favorite telecommunication services supplier in Morocco.

Maroc Telecom (Morocco) chose Maeglin Software, represented by Jet Multimedia Morocco, to offer an updated version of its Mon Répertoire backup service. This updated version of Mon Répertoire includes tailored white-labeled versions of PleexBackup and PleexMigrator, designed by Maeglin Software. Maeglin replaces Gemalto Company as Maroc Telecom’s mobile backup provider.

Paris, December 13, 2010 – Maeglin Software announced the signature of an agreement with VDCOnline, Vietnam, a subsidiary of Vietnam Data Communication which is a leading Internet Service Provider (ISP) in Vietnam with 73% market share working with all mobile operators in Vietnam in order to answer Vinaphone’s need for mobile security solutions. Vinaphone is a major mobile network operator with 27 million subscribers.

A Customized Implementation

Vinaphone will sell the PleexMigrator, PleexBackup, PleexShield and PleexSocial solutions under three different packages:

The “Free” package: This package offers most functionalities for free and proposes contacts transfer and import for 20,000 VND per use.

The “Basic” package: Similar to the “Free” package, this package costs 5,000 VND per month and proposes contacts transfer and import for only 10,000 VND per use.

The “Business” package: This last package costs 15,000 VND per month and offers all functionalities of the Pleex solutions for unlimited use.

The Vinaphone implementation includes the following solutions:

Paris, 10 Novembre, 2010 – Maeglin Software, a company specialized in the development and sale of innovative mobile phone services, announced the signature of an agreement with TrueMove, one of the three largest mobile operators in Thailand with 17 million subscribers.

A Customized Implementation

Maeglin Software is implementing for TrueMove tailored packages under the brand iBackup including the PleexMigrator, PleexBackup and PleexShield solutions. The “Basic” service is sold as a 5 Baht per month subscription and lets its customers backup their mobile data. Three Enhanced Services are sold on top of this Basic Service to restore the customer’s content (iRestore, 10 Baht), let them easily migrate their contacts to a new phone (iTransfer, 30 Baht) and protect their data in case of loss or theft (iDelete, 30 Baht). Maeglin Software is working with TrueMove in partnership with its local partner Mobile Senses Asia Corp. The sales process chosen by TrueMove will be completely dematerialized and payments will be made by premium SMS. All solutions will be available in Thai and will be TrueMove-branded. This package is sold in all of the 80 French Fnac stores for 19 Euros for a one year subscription. It is being marketed under the Pack Fnac brand as the Pack Fnac Sécurité Téléphonie Mobile and joins other best-sellers such as the Pack Fnac Protection Intégrale PC. As such, the packaging, the Web site, the mobile Internet site as well as the applications are Fnac-branded.  It is sold as a sealed envelope containing a license number. The license is activated when the customer signs-up on the www.packfnacmobile.com Web site. The service is sold either in self-service or assisted by a sales person. Customers pay for the service at the cash register. This implementation shows once again the flexibility Maeglin Software brings in implementing its solutions.
