Maeglin Software completes a 2.25M€ financing round with CDC Innovation & Innovacom
Maeglin Software, a firm specialized in the development and sale of innovating services for mobile phones, has just finalized a round of financing for 2.25 million euros with the venture capital firms CDC Innovation, subsidiary of the Groupe Caisse des Dépôts, and Innovacom, venture capital subsidiary of the France Telecom Group. Both these investors joined Maeglin Software’s capital at the end of 2007 when the Ipracom Company was acquired.
This second fund raising of 1.5M€ is added to a first fund raising of 0.75M€ in July 2008, for a total of 2.25M€. Maeglin Software, located in Montpellier and Paris, has also benefited from the support of OSEO, of Languedoc-Roussillon Incubation, and the Languedoc-Roussillon Region since 2006.
