It’s official, next February during the World Mobile Congress in Barcelona, Samsung will present the Galaxy 2, a smartphone Android 2.1

This new phone looks like a future best-seller, it is equipped with:

- Qualcomm Snapdragon processor at 1 GHz QSD8250

- Compatibility 2G / 3G / Wi-Fi

- An interface AMOLED capacitive touch (fingers only) 3.7-inch 16.7 million colors based accelerometer for rotating the display

- GPS

- Multimedia equipment including a digital camera 5 megapixels with autofocus, LED flash, geotarging and smile detection

- an audio-video player with 3.5mm audio output for headphones

- an internal memory of 32GB

- a possibility to extend momory equivalent through a slot that accepts micro SD/micro SDHC

- data synchrionization through a microphone port or USB 2.0 connectivity Bluetooth 2.0

The mobile should be marketed early in the second quarter of 2010 at a price that is yet unknown.
